Meet our Team
Steve Abell
Director
Steve started Alpine Plumbing & Gas Limited in 2003 after finishing his apprenticeship in the Wellington region.
Outside of work he enjoys fishing, hunting and surfing and spending time with family.
Steve is a great believer of fun first and work second and encourages his staff to do just that.
5 years ago the opportunity arose to bring on one of his long-term staff members as a business partner. This has given both Steve & Mike the opportunity to grow the business and share the work roles.
Steve and Mike are now equal owners in the business and are very proud of the company, staff and work they do and look forward to what the future will bring.
Mike Miller
Director
Mike first started with Alpine Plumbing in 2012, completing his apprenticeship with Steve in 2018.
When not at work, Mike enjoys cycling with the local Wanaka crew and running around with his two young daughters.
Mike’s main role is the day to day running of the team and project management.
He thrives in the team environment and enjoys working with clients to achieve the best possible results.
